Maryam Phillips is a founding member of the Pennsylvania Black Librarians' Caucus and serves as the Executive Director of Hosting Solutions and Library Consulting, a non-profit support organization for libraries, based in Philadelphia, PA.

Treasurer

Darlene Walker is a founding member of the Pennsylvania Black Librarians' Caucus and serves as Assistant Director of the Yeadon Public Library.

Secretary

 Marrette Pearsall graduated from Drexel with an MLIS in 2013. She  currently works for ABACO Strategy as a Records Manager at the  Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). She has previously held positions  in archives and law librarianship working in corporate, universities,  and courthouses.

Richard Ashby, is a founding member of the Pennsylvania Black Librarians' Caucus, and serves as Library Director for the Sharon Hill Public Library.
